“Such a great activity to do. Our guide was Clemmis who was great. His knowledge of the company and product was extensive even when asked questions. We didn’t feel rushed through the tour and were able to take photos of the stunning Swarovski items on display. At the end of the tour we had a lovely glass of Champagne whilst we wandered back through the displays and shop and were given a small crystal gift. Great value for money, very interesting and we would definitely recommend this tour.”
