Some confusing logistics around the add on experience regarding the castle experience. Personally, no need you can easily walk there. The day was a bit hot; plenty of time to visit and take breaks at the numerous cafes. Boat ride back was fine; an option bus ride would be a better choice.”

“We purchased our tickets on-line almost a week before and on the day of the trip were at the gate an hour before departure. When the gate opened and were going to board the ship we were told that we need to have printed tickets. So we had to go to the ticket office (accessed via a flight of steps near the gate) and have these printed. Meanwhile we ended up at the end of the line. This shld have been notified to us in one of the emails sent prior to the event so that we wld have them ready. Otherwise the trip was well organised and we recommend…”
