“We rate our private transfer as average because our English speaking guide texted us a few moments before our pick up time and explained that he was sick and we would have a non-English-speaking guide. It was a disappointment because our guide was unable to answer any questions about the area. We should have booked our transfer by bus, train or plane. It would’ve been significantly cheaper and we would have some knowledge about the area We did tip our driver because he did the best that he could.”
