When the gate opened and were going to board the ship we were told that we need to have printed tickets. The breakfast was amazing and served in the beautiful ballroom at the palace. the hotel rooms were very plain, need updating with charging outlets for devices, and needs new carpeting and a paint refresh. Long walk from elevator to our rooms. No food available to us all day as nearby restaurants were closed and didn't open until 6pm. We ordered delivery 3x at great cost to us. a Shuttle to town would have been nice instead of taking an uber every…”
